How to Fix

Check for loose or disconnected connector between Main PCB, Defrost Controller, and sensor at CON4 pins 20~19.

If connector is disconnected, reconnect or repair.

Measure sensor resistance at CON4 pins 20~19. If 0 ohm (short), replace the sensor.

If resistance is infinite/open, replace the sensor.

Verify resistance vs. temperature table. Replace sensor if out of range.

If sensor is normal, explain operation to customer.

If issue persists after sensor replacement, replace the main PCB.
